Underwriting and compliance run as one review.

Minimise customer outreach

The customer sends one document pack for everything, rather than fielding separate requests from credit and compliance.

Teams stay aligned

Both teams read the same live file, which saves the hours that used to leak into back and forth.

Holistic reviews on each counterparty

One review covers credit risk, brand risk, AML and everything between, so the verdict rests on the whole picture.

The review you scope is the review you get.

Only review what you need to, from financial spreading and KYB through adverse news to credit ratings, all within 1 hour.

What's under the hood.

What is TrustPlus AI?

TrustPlus AI is an AI platform for enterprise counterparty risk. You give it a counterparty's financial statements and it spreads them, screens the company for sanctions, watchlists and adverse media, scores it against your own risk appetite and drafts the review, with every figure cited back to where it came from. It is built for banks, payments companies, private credit and credit insurers.

Who is TrustPlus AI built for: banks, payments companies, private credit or insurers?

All four, plus corporates that carry trade credit exposure. The people who use it day to day are risk, credit and receivables teams, so underwriters, credit analysts, compliance officers, brand risk managers, trade credit managers and receivables managers, along with the leadership that sets their policies.

How does TrustPlus AI support the analyst?

It takes on the collecting, spreading, screening and drafting, and hands the analyst a cited review to check, edit and sign off. The decision stays with your team. What changes is that a review that used to take days is finished in an hour, so a small team can cover a portfolio that used to be out of reach.

How does TrustPlus AI protect confidential financial data?

Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit and kept in its own segregated store. Our controls are audited independently every year under SOC 2, with third-party penetration testing and continuous control monitoring on top. You stay the controller of your data, we process it only on your instructions under an Article 28 agreement, we never use it to train models, and we delete it on request.

How long does it take to set up, and how is it priced?

Set-up takes a few days if you start on our default templates and risk policies, or a few weeks if we set up your own first. Pricing is pay per use. For spreading, the rate depends on your volumes, and for reviews it depends on how often you review and how many modules run each time.

How is TrustPlus AI different from traditional credit analysis software or spreading tools?

The whole review happens in one place. Statements come in whatever format or language they arrived in and are spread to your own template, and the same run screens the counterparty against watchlists and media, reads its entire website, scores the ratios against your appetite and drafts the memo in your format, with every figure cited. You are up and running in a few days, and you pay per use.

How is this different from using ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot?

A general assistant only works from what you paste in, and it often misreads statements that come in unfamiliar formats, in other languages, or from smaller private companies. TrustPlus AI has been tested on tens of thousands of such statements and reads them at better than 98% line-level accuracy. It then runs the whole review to your own policies, so watchlist and media screening, a score against your rating scale and a memo in your template, with every figure traced to its page so an auditor can check it. And your data never trains models.

Can't we just build our own underwriting tool?

You can, but the model is the easy part. MIT's 2025 State of AI in Business study found that tools bought from vendors reach deployment about 67% of the time, and internal builds about 33%. Reading statements in any format, mapping them to your template, keeping screening coverage current, encoding your policies and keeping an audit trail takes years, and once it ships the engineers move on to the next project while your risk team waits for fixes. TrustPlus AI was designed by credit-risk practitioners, so the workflow arrives finished and goes live in days.

Expert judgement across your portfolio.

Every counterparty spread, screened and drafted with the same expertise, whether your portfolio runs to fifty names or fifty thousand.
